– Special Order and Non-Stocking Items: Special order and non-stocking items cannot be returned for credit. A 25% restocking fee will be charged to all stock items returned (in unopened carton only). All clearance items are final sale.
– Return Trip Charges: A return trip due to site readiness issues will be assessed a $140 trip charge minimum.
